June 15th Details: 

• Students will be clearing out/cleaning their lockers, turning in their Chromebooks and power cords, and getting signatures on their clearance forms. 
• A completed clearance form (with all signatures) is required to obtain their promotion bag. 
• Students will then receive their promotion bags which will include their gown, 5 tickets to the ceremony, any awards (cords, pins, certificates), and an invite to dance.
• We do not have any extra tickets but you are more than welcome to share with other families as they are NOT attached to a student.
• Students who ordered a yearbook will receive it once the clearance sheet is turned in.
• Staff vs. 8th Grade Softball Game is also happening! HERE is the schedule for the day

June 16th School Day Events:

• Students will head to their homeroom classes at regular time (8:15am) for final check out/clearance procedures.
• They will enjoy a light breakfast and some time to visit (sign yearbooks) from 8:45am-10:00am (Thanks to HVPTO volunteers).
• Promotion Rehearsal begins at approximately 10:00am and runs until we get it right. It is incredibly important that ALL students attend rehearsal so they know what to do at the actual ceremony. 
• 8th grade students ONLY will be released at 12:30pm to get ready for the ceremony.

June 16th Promotion Details:

• Our dress code is long pants, collared shirts (tie optional), and school-appropriate dresses. We will be walking on the grass so please be mindful of shoe choices.
• Students should arrive back to campus no later than 4:30pm to line up with their class and ensure an on-time start.
• On their way to line up, students who preordered leis can pick them up at the “Commencement Gifts” black tent, next to the bike cages - come early if this is you! 
• The field gate to the right of the admin office (our only point of entry for the event) will open promptly at 4:30pm for ticket holders. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. There will be reserved seating for dignitaries, speakers, and special guests; kindly DO NOT remove "Reserved" signage.
• Family members may park in our school parking lot but please note that parking will be limited. We would like to encourage families to walk, ride, or get dropped off, if at all possible. 
• The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm and will run for approximately one hour. 

Immediately Following the Ceremony:

• Light refreshments will be served near the library on the upper blacktop where you may also take family photos. 
• This is also where you can enjoy looking at the 8th grade memory boards with your graduates.

June 16th Dance Information:

• We will be having a Glow in the Dark Beach Bash themed Graduation Party complete with professional DJ, interactive dances that get everyone up and moving, and Casino games with professional Dealers that teach the kids how to play. Something for everyone! Pizza, treats and beverages will also be served. It will definitely be a night to remember!
• @Valley campus gym from 7:00-9:00pm
