The Urban Ecology Center just released a Podcast! They’ll be exploring the nature-based educational programming and community engagement efforts that help the Urban Ecology Center make a positive impact locally and globally. Through conversations with staff members, volunteers, and community members, each episode of the Urban Ecology Podcast weaves together stories from the past, present and future of the Urban Ecology Center.

Election Results
The election results are in and Joe Biden has been elected as the next President. There was a partial recount in the state of Wisconsin but it has been finalized and it confirmed Joe Biden’s win. 33 states have certified their election results and all other states will be certifying their results by December 11th.

COVID-19 Updates
On November 20, 2020, Governor Tony Evers issued Executive Order 95. Declaring a public health emergency regarding the requirement of face coverings in certain situations for people over the age of 5. Masks are required to be worn whenever one is indoors or in an enclosed space, other than a private residence.

In an effort to help decrease the spread of COVID-19, continue to: 

  • Wear masks 
  • Practice social distance 
  • Wash your hands 
  • Stay informed & follow all other public health recommendations
