Find Vaccine, Booster Shots & COVID-19 Testing Sites

Vaccines & Boosters
Everyone 16 years and older is now eligible for the COVID-19 booster shot. See the Oregon Health Authority for guidance. Vaccines and boosters are free; no health insurance is required. COCC strongly recommends you get vaccinated and boosted as soon as you can. The following clinic sites can assist:
Deschutes County
Daily starting Jan. 4 at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center in Redmond, noon to 7 p.m., no appointment needed (with pediatric doses available). More dates, locations at Deschutes County Health Services.
Crook County
Call Crook County Health Dept. to schedule an appointment: 541-447-5165.
Jefferson County
Jefferson County Public Health hosts COVID-19 vaccination clinics Mon.-Fri., no appointment needed. Call 541-475-4456 for hours/directions.
COVID-19 Testing
Deschutes County
COCC Redmond: Rapid PCR test with Curative; Thurs.-Mon., noon to 7 p.m.
Old Mill District in Bend: Both PCR and rapid antigen tests with Curative; Thurs.-Tues. (closed Wed.), noon to 7 p.m.
Jefferson County
Crook County
Prineville Urgent Care; Mon.-Sun., 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; 384 SE Combs Flat Rd., Prineville (walk-ins encouraged; must be symptomatic or a known exposure to test).

First Week Enrollment Services Hours
For the first week of Winter Term, hours are:
Mon., Tues., Thurs. and Fri.: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wed.: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuition Payment/Refund
Tuition is due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14. You may drop a class using your Bobcat Web account, or by calling the Admissions and Records Office at 541-383-7500.

Starting the week of Jan. 17, the Financial Aid office will present "Finding Money for College: The Path to Scholarship Success" via Zoom info sessions. Each week will be a new topic, such as tips to successfully searching for scholarships and writing a standout essay. Visit Financial Aid to learn more.

Oregon Transfer Days will be held virtually Jan. 25 & 27, with drop-in times of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4-6:30 p.m. Learn about programs, admission requirements, scholarships and other essentials while finding the right school for you. Season of Nonviolence: Author Event with Robin Wall Kimmerer

COCC's 2022 Season of Nonviolence begins with a free livestream talk on Jan. 24 at noon by award-winning author and botanist Robin Wall Kimmerer, author of the New York Times-bestselling "Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants." Co-presented with the University of Oregon's Common Reading program. Upcoming Season of Nonviolence events include talks by environmentalist and writer Winona LaDuke, community conversations on housing and houselessness, and a panel on examining inequalities in Central Oregon.
