VETERAN EMPLOYMENT DIRECTOR – CHARLOTTE

The Veteran Employment Director will align the strengths and priorities of Employers, job seeking Veterans, Spouses, and NCServes Employment Providers. She/He will accomplish this by shaping relationships, executing engagement between groups, and oversight of Veteran and Spouse employment opportunities. The Employment Director will use a Collective Impact approach to address the complexity of Veteran employment challenges.
COMMUNITY NETWORK DIRECTOR – FAYETTEVILLE

The Fayetteville Market (Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, and the Sandhills) Community Network Director is responsible for managing, developing, and growing the local NCServes network by facilitating connections between existing network partners, out of network resources, community stakeholders and Veterans utilizing a collective impact, community of practice model.
COMMUNITY NETWORK DIRECTOR – TRIAD

The Triad Market (Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem) Community Network Director is responsible for managing, developing, and growing the local NCServes network by facilitating connections between existing network partners, out of network resources, community stakeholders and Veterans utilizing a collective impact, community of practice model.
COMMUNITY NETWORK DIRECTOR – TRIANGLE

The Triangle Market (Raleigh-Cary, Durham-Chapel Hill) Network Director is responsible for managing, developing, and growing the local NCServes network by facilitating connections between existing network partners, out of network resources, community stakeholders and Veterans utilizing a collective impact, community of practice model.
COMMUNITY CARE COORDINATOR – UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA

The Upstate South Carolina Community Care Coordinator will support Veterans and military families in Chester, Chesterfield, Lancaster, and York Counties. This position is responsible for functioning as a subject matter expert on military and Veteran families. This person will identify and establish new relationships with providers to improve service delivery within these counties.
