The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce supported the project from the beginning, said Debbie Manning, the chamber’s president and CEO. Apartment residents can walk to shopping, dining and entertainment, which also benefits businesses, she said.
“The addition of Element 79 was the perfect fit to complete this desirable center,” Manning said in an email.

Local points of interest were explored for inspiration, and the public is invited to see these amazing pieces in person in our California Welcome Center.
