Aligning the Muscles of the Thigh from the Pelvis to the Knees

Hello Merilee,

This class will work the hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors and abductors from the pelvis to the knees. When these muscle groups are equally long, toned, flexible, and aligned, your thighs are free to move easily from the hips allowing you to improve your stride and increase your range of motion. With these muscles all working correctly your hips stay well aligned and your knees have no unnecessary pressure from these muscle attachments so they can align properly and have adequate inter-articular space to glide easily and correctly avoiding wearing out of the knee joint.
