Those of us in Real Estate know about this already. Most people who aren't in Real Estate might not know. So Zillow has stopped buying homes. They also cut their workforce by 25%. Basically, Zillow was buying homes for a real high price then would turn around and try to sell the same home for a higher price. It didn't work. Here's an article talking about this.
