On a personal note: My whole life I have hoped for curl in my hair. Now that I have white hair coming in quite rapidly I have a question. Why is my white hair the only thing curly and why does it stick straight up? I suppose this is an example of be careful what you wish for!

I went to Western Kentucky University to become a teacher and then a librarian, so it's always fun to go back to my old stomping grounds in Bowling Green, Kentucky (where I met my husband). This year the event will be March 25th for registered children's groups and March 26th for all. Here's more info and hope to see you there.

Lemon Cookie saga-My daughter is getting married this year in Pittsburgh. Finally after two years of postponing due to the pandemic! Anyway, it is the tradition to have a cookie table at a Pittsburgh wedding. The cookies are made by friends and family. I am to make some lemon cookies. I have tried several different recipes, but haven't found one that's really good. If you have one, I'd love to try it! Please email me the recipe and I'll owe you big time!
