This is required of all families. Please follow the steps below to complete your e-signature as soon as possible.

  • Please log into the Great Hearts Enrollment/Parent Portal using your username and password. If you do not remember your log-in information, please click on the Forgot Password and follow the instructions. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to ghenrollment@greatheartsaz.org.
  • Once you have logged into the enrollment system, scroll down and you will see a large box that says, Arizona Academy Compact and Family Handbook.
  • In the Arizona Academy Family Handbook section, please click on the blue "Compact and Family Handbook Link and E-Sign" button.
  • For each child, please click the blue Show Application button then the green Review and E-Sign Family Handbook for the handbook link.
  • Once you review the handbook, navigate back to the Enrollment Parent Portal, accept and sign with your electronic signature.
  • After you accept and hit NEXT, you will receive an email confirmation to the email registered in the enrollment system.
  • Please complete the above steps for each student.

Trivium Prep Picture Day - Thursday, September 1

Trivium Prep School Picture Day was Thursday, September 1. Students received a photo id. If your student missed Picture Day, they can participate in Retake Day on November 1.

Ordering Pictures:

Order online by going to dorianstudio.com and searching for Trivium. Select the order button from the appropriate photo day, select your picture package, and complete your transaction. Pictures will be delivered to the school several weeks after picture day and given to your student. If you have problems with your order, contact support@dorianstudio.com or call 1-800-826-3535.

To order by check, send your student to school with the ordering envelope (sent home before picture day). They will need to give that envelope to the photographer when they have their picture taken. After picture day, you can still order your pictures for 4 days. After the 4-day window has passed, you will need to contact Dorian Studio to receive a personalized access key for your student's pictures, and you will pay shipping to your home address.

The Middle School Minute - Tips for Scholar Success

Responsibility

Help boost your middle schooler’s sense of responsibility to help your scholar succeed in and out of the classroom.

  1. Encourage it: Middle schoolers are responsible for their attitudes and the decisions they make. Your scholar may not yet understand but may be surprised to know that their choice of words, tone of voice, and body language will affect the outcomes of their daily interactions.
  2. Enforce it: Insist that your scholar take responsibility for their actions. This responsibility includes consequences for their actions. For example, getting to class on time, homework and behavior all are great habits that can be strengthened in middle school.
  3. Advocate for it: When responsible traits are modeled and valued, a scholar will continue to model and value those characteristics. For example, self-control and perseverance are great attributes for our Trivium community.

Health Office Update

Parents,

Thank you for all the snacks! We have scholars that have really benefited from your contribution. We'll always accept any snacks you can help with. Some parents have brought in granola bars, Nutri Grain bars and Saltine crackers. They have been extremely helpful so THANK YOU!

As the temperature continues to climb, it's very important to make sure scholars are getting plenty of water AND electrolytes. Adding electrolytes can help the body retain water and keep muscles from getting fatigued. It can help student focus and pay attention in class if they aren't dehydrated. Please make sure to send a water bottle with your scholar every day.

If you are able to donate, we could really use small 8oz water bottles in the Health Office to hand out to those scholars who forget their bottles. Please deliver donations to the front office labeled "Trivium Prep Health Office."

Thank you!
