SOPHOMORES & JUNIORS: NHS APPLICATIONS OPENING SOON!

Hey classes of 2022 and 2023—NHS applications will be opening soon! NHS, or National Honor Society, is a nationwide organization dedicated to scholarship, service, leadership, and character. In years past, the IS chapter of NHS has organized events including tutoring programs, school beautification, staff appreciation gifts, and much more. Academically successful 10th and 11th graders should consider applying to NHS for a great extracurricular experience, a well-recognized honor to add to college applications, and the receipt of a cord upon graduation.

Certain application requirements have changed from previous years in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Interested students should plan to attend the NHS interest meeting (expect more information about this coming soon) for further details.
