For this site, it takes 3-5 days to receive results. Negative results are sent by email; positive results are communicated by phone. Please contact the County if you experience problems.

Council Meeting Recap
In this week's meeting, the City Council:
- Adopted an Off-leash Dog Park Pilot Program at the Hillview Baseball Field
- Approved the development at 140 Lyrell Street
- Authorized a deadline extension for the payment of 2021 Business License Tax
- Adopted the Council 2021 Goals

City Manager Survey Closes Soon
The City Council is continuing its search for a City Manager with the help of Ralph Andersen & Associates. To find a City Manager that will adequately represent the Los Altos community, the City Council is asking residents to submit their insight. The survey is available online, at City Hall, and by mail.

Sanitary Sewer Improvements
The City’s contractor, EPS Inc., has completed the replacement of sewer pipelines at ten of the fourteen locations included in the construction contract. The completed sewer main replacements are on Julie Lane, Ranchita Drive, Marlbarough Avenue, Richardson Avenue, Nightingale Court, Grant Road, St. Joseph Avenue, Laver Court, Highlands Circle, and Scott Lane. The contractor will be performing work on Deodara Drive for the next week and then moving onto Oxford Drive, Woods Lane easement, and St. Mark Court easement in sequential order. Efforts are being taken to minimize the impact on residents and the public and provide access during construction. The project is anticipated to be completed in late March 2021.

Learn how to recognize and report medical emergencies, when to call 9-1-1, and what to do before help arrives. Be prepared with completed medical documents and explore resources that can assist caregivers.

If you have already taken the Red Cross Shelter class but want a review, join Red Cross volunteer Neil Katin as he hosts watching the review video, shares his experiences, and answers questions.

19th Annual Eggstravaganza
The Recreation & Community Services Department is re-imagining the 19th Annual Spring Egg Hunt! This year show us your creativity by decorating an egg- anything goes; then photograph and submit your Egg by Tuesday, March 23.

Blood Drive Volunteers Needed
We are looking for volunteers to support Red Cross staff at the Grant Park Community Center blood drive on Friday, March 12. Volunteers will check in donors, hand out snacks, and tear down once the event is complete.

It's Tax Season
The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is providing free tax prep assistance through April. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, current tax assistance plans will include remotely preparing taxes via phone/email exchanges or helping with returns using IRS Free File programs.
