March 2021 Newsletter - Issue #67
|
Hi there,
As you may recall, I fell going down some stairs almost a year ago on the way to the gym, and it turned into a frozen shoulder.
I opted not to have the recommended surgery and have used numerous integrative and alternative modalities.
Fortunately, these have been working well, and I'm back to about 95% range of motion with notably decreased pain.
In continuing to support my heath, I've recently been exploring lipid replacement therapies based on the work of Patricia Kane, PhD, and I am hoping to have more good things to report in the near future. Healthy fats have become my friend.
Be well and be safe...

EMF Medical Conference 2021
|
In January, I attended the EMF Medical Conference 2021. This is such an important topic, and this event was packed with great information.
You can find my notes here.

If you, or someone you know suffers from any form of depression-from feeling exhausted or blue to not being able to get out of bed, I am excited to share something with you that can offer a new approach to this huge challenge facing so many people today.
I have a copy of the book, and what I love is that Amy sees depression (and healing it when no one else can) in a very unique way. She sees it as the literal depression of self-a side effect of being buried under our lives.
Amy explains that depression isn't all in our head. But it's not all in our body, either. Depression happens in the whole self and that's where the healing has to happen, too.

Addressing Psychoenergetic Root Causes of Chronic Illness
|
If you watched my recent podcasts with Dr. Eva Detko on the vagus nerve, you will want to learn more about her new course.
Most people still completely overlook the importance of addressing psychoenergetic factors when trying to heal their physical symptoms. Yet, this is exactly what makes or breaks the healing process for so many.
Treating the physical body should never be separated from psychological, emotional and energetic healing. Everywhere we turn, chronic disease is rampant and mental health issues are on the rise so clearly, treating the body, the mind and the biofield as separate entities is not working. They are part of the same system and anybody who separates them will have problems achieving optimal health.
My friend Dr. Eva Detko has designed a 3-part FREE video masterclass in which she teaches about the role of psychoenergetics in health and disease, and how you can address the different psychoenergetic factors to help you take your healing to new levels that you may have not even thought you could reach!
