This next Blessism is all about living in the present moment and feeling gratitude. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when things are stressful. Mindfulness reminds us that sometimes we simply need to step back, take a deep breath, and practice the pause. Within each moment of anxiety or stress, there is also an opportunity to sit with the breath.
