NYC Indoor Dining to Return
Two Days Earlier Than Expected
Governor Cuomo has just announced that restaurants in New York City may reopen for indoor dining on February 12, 2021 -- two days earlier than previously announced. 
 
Indoor dining capacity will remain limited to 25%. In addition, restaurants will be required to comply with the Interim Guidance for New York City Indoor Food Services during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency that was in effect prior indoor dining being shuttered on December 14, 2020.
