DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES IN TACOMA - TACOMA DEVELOPER PLANS SOUTH END APARTMENTS DESPITE RETAIL REQUIREMENT
The $5.5 million, 30,000-square-foot building would be in an area zoned as a community commercial mixed-use district, open to commercial and retail businesses. About 1,750 square feet of commercial space would be included.
