Steven Harrell is currently the Director of Workforce Education for the School District of Escambia County. Harrel has extensive experience in Career and Technical Education from his years of service as the CTE Specialist for technical areas in ECSD and initiated the first Manufacturing Academies in ECSD. Harrell serves on the Careersource Escarosa board, and works closely with Florida West EDA, business partners, and other educational entities to ensure ECSD provides the right opportunities for students to contribute to our region's economic development.
Daniel Krug assists and advises Northwest Florida’s manufacturing community about FloridaMakes services and opportunities through involvement with the Northwest Florida Manufacturers Council (NWFMC) and The Emerald Coast Manufacturers and Engineering Network (TeCMEN). Previously, Krug served most of his 22 ½-year US Air Force career in the RF Transmissions Systems and Cyberspace Support career fields. He also served in munitions maintenance, recruiting, maintenance control and production and quality control and inspection and as an instructor, instructor supervisor and element chief.
Mary Nutial is a Business Advisor supporting FloridMakes Manufacturing Clients in Northwest Florida. She has almost 30 years of experience in manufacturing, which included 15 years with Textron and 10 years with BOSCH. She has held leadership roles in areas such as plant operations, quality systems, plant layout, safety and environmental compliance, capital equipment and building projects, lean transformation, workforce development, organizational structure, ERP implementation and product service/warranty.
Danita Andrews with more than 25 years of experience as an economic development practitioner in Florida, Andrews’ primary responsibility with the Florida West Economic Development Alliance is implementing an aggressive business development strategy that includes attraction/recruitment and business retention. Her role encompasses economic development work within target industry sectors that include manufacturing, aviation manufacturing and MRO, information technology, professional
services and back office as well as marine MRO for the Greater Pensacola/Escambia County area.
Jason Crawford is the President of ARCO Marine and the Managing Partner of One In A Row Ventures. Jason is an MBA graduate from the University of West Florida, a veteran of the US Army, and a continuous learner of leadership and business. He resides in Pensacola with his wife and three girls. Jason invest his time into his community through volunteering with Olive Baptist Church, UWF Foundation, and ECARE.
