Tuesday- Turkey Dumpling / New England Clam Chowder
~ You all know how delicious our Clam Chowder is. Jess doesn't mess around when loading this soup up with yummy clams and tons of fresh vegetables. It's just creamy enough to tie all the flavors together into one big bowl of comfort. We are also making a soup for the season, turkey, veggies, and our homemade dumplings. Like your favorite leftovers in a bowl.

Wednesday- Carb Day!
~Stuffed Rolls
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Breads
Thursday- Colcannon / Lentil Chili
~ I love both of these soups, and they could not be more different. Colcannon (be still my Irish heart) is a simple, yet incredibly flavorful soup, filled with cabbage and potatoes. Jess knows how to cook everything just right to get the perfect texture and flavors out of the simple ingredients. Next soup is complex and deep with flavors of cinnamon, chilies, and textures of lentils and black beans. It will be a two-bowl lunch for me this Thursday!
Friday-Chicken and/or Portabella Fajitas
~ There is always something so fresh and fun about eating fajitas, especially when we make them Batch style. The chicken and portabella will be seasoned perfectly along with peppers and onions left to marinate overnight and then cooked up just right for you to take home. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~Chicken Bacon Ranch
~Spinach, Tomato, Italian Cheese
~Prosciutto, Asparagus, Gruyere
***Remember you can always order a full size 8" Quiche for an easy breakfast, lunch or brunch. ***
Salad- Beet and Pear
~ A festive looking salad this week. Sweet pears, earthy beets, tangy goat cheese, and crunchy pistachios make this salad one to keep coming back for.
