"Nourished by Nature" Meet-up for Adults

July 31 ~ Sunset at north Morro Bay

Join me for a unique evening of mindfulness, meandering, and nature meditation at sunset in north Morro Bay at the North Point Natural Area. Connect to the reassuring rhythm and cycle of the sun to unwind and settle your mind and body. Allowing yourself to be captivated by a sunset has psychological benefits for well-being, including relieving stress, increasing a sense of awe, gratitude, and life satisfaction. Beauty enriches life so come immerse yourself.

We'll meet up whether the skies or clear or foggy so be sure to dress accordingly for our evening activities and meditation.

There is an option to stay after and meet for a beverage of choice in Morro Bay.

This is a special "IN"vitation for you to our "Nourished by Nature" Summer Mindfulness Meet-up! Fill your well of well-being by connecting to nature mindfully! These "mini-retreats" provide a perfect opportunity to slow yourself wayyyy down in the company of others, while diving deeply into yourself. 

Experience for yourself how mindfulness, when practiced, can be the foundation for greater strength, resilience, health, and happiness.  Let Nature be your teacher and resource. I would be honored to be your guide in practicing the essentials of mindfulness, self-care, and nature connectedness. Use this opportunity to invest in some essential “ME Time” (ME = Mindful Exploration) and take some time out to let go of your list of to-do’s, free yourself from your responsibilities, release any worries and challenges, whatever those may be, and give yourself permission to rest, replenish, and restore balance within your heart, mind, and body by connecting to the resources nature, Mother Earth, provides.

Research finds that mindfulness, being in nature, and the "Pathways to Nature Connectedness", all have a profound positive impact on our happiness, psychological resilience, health & well-being. What happens when we blend nature with mindfulness? Magic! Being in nature is not the same as connecting to nature. Experience the magic for yourself through meaningful, purposeful, sensory exploration and activities to engage the mind, the body, and heart to discover deeper connections to your own inner nature, to one another, and find more meaning and enjoyment in daily life. By deepening your connection with nature, you are enhancing your personal wellbeing and psychological resilience, like tiny seeds planted in the soil awaiting the right conditions to emerge.
