Supporting Supervisors Discussion Series
In October, Idaho State University hosted virtual town hall meetings intended for supervisors and managers to ask questions related to COVID-19. These meetings had great participation, and the University received a lot of positive feedback and requests for the supervisor discussion forums to continue. Based on these responses, Idaho State is working to identify a regular date and time to host the Zoom-based connection opportunities and provide much-needed ongoing support for our managers and supervisors. More information will be shared as future sessions are developed!

That said, we are pleased to announce that one of our own Idaho State faculty experts, Dr. Rob Lion, has generously offered to lead a workshop for managers and supervisors for the month of November. Dr. Lion will be facilitating an interactive discussion about how supervisors can best nurture employee motivation and support their employees based on individual needs, particularly with many employees currently working remotely. A more detailed session description is included below.

This virtual meeting is open to anyone in a supervisory role and will also be recorded and archived online for later viewing.
Wednesday, November 18
9 - 10 a.m.
Passcode: 394627
The virtual town hall will be archived online.
