Lord, Hear Our Prayers
For all who are ill, and those who care for them: especially Dwight Adema; may God’s Holy Light bring them healing, strength, and hope.

For all who have died: especially Partrick Hjorten; and Anne Leachman, mother of Mary Baardse, whose funeral was celebrated this past weekend, may God welcome them into the light of eternal life, and that they may rest in peace.

We invite you to complete our Prayer Request Form or call/email the parish office at 206-523-6776 to add names to the prayer list. Names for the petition of the sick will remain for four weeks unless otherwise specified.

"Give and it will be given to you.” – Luke 6:38
Through the Annual Catholic Appeal, our parish has been answering the call to support our own local Catholic community. Your gift supports our youth and young adult ministries for the future of our church, teach the faith and share the beauty of the gospel, and support our priests and lay leaders with training, including all the administrative services needed to support our parish.

Thank you to all who have returned your ACA pledges and gifts. As you know, all funds received over our goal will be returned to our parish to support a repaving of the upper parking lot. They will be removing and repaving asphalt, removing old basketball hoops, and restriping all parking stalls, including handicapped.

It’s easy to give to the ACA: Online at archseattle.org/GiveACA
Partners in the Gospel Leadership Team
Partners in Gospel is a strategic pastoral planning effort taking place across the Archdiocese of Seattle to re-invigorate and renew our local Catholic Church. We are currently looking for our OLL Leadership Team to ensure broad parish community participation in Partners in the Gospel and help us as we navigate this transition. If you are interested, please contact Torrie Smith.

Baptisms are Back!
Congratulations to Axel Dionisio Watford; pictured with his parents, Daniel and Kristine Watford; who was baptized this past Saturday. Please join us in welcoming him into God's loving embrace.

Will you have a child to baptize in the coming months? Planning to become a godparent for a child who will be baptized? We are offering a baptism prep class on Saturday, May 27th at 10:00 am in the parish office. Please RSVP to Kim Burkhardt.
Exploring the Liturgy Continues...
This past weekend, our Mass reflection on Liturgy of the Eucharist (paired insert here) asks us to "Think about all that has happened since the last time you were at Mass. What things are you thankful for? Bring them to the altar today. What are your disappointments and failures? Bring them to the altar." so they can be transformed.

This coming Sunday our reflection will be about the Communion Rite (paired insert here). Thank you for join us as we continue to help newcomers as well as life-long Catholics learn about the beauty of our traditions and refocus on the true meaning of the Mass.
Receive HER in the Lord
This weekend members of the OLL Synod Team along with parishioners (Anne Nelson not pictured) joined Catholics from across Western Washington for Receive Her in the Lord, a synodal thematic forum on women’s participation in the Church. Much like our recent Synod Town Hall we shared and learned how the Synod process is already changing our church for women and lay people with the recent announcement from Pope Francis to expand participation in the upcoming Synod of Bishops to laypeople, with the request that at least 50% of those be women.
First Communion is only a couple weeks away...
We thank you for all the donations to the First Communion Closet received so far. Shannon Hull, from St. Bridget's, is happy to meet anybody at the storage space at St. Bridget's if there are needs. They have the most beautiful dresses in almost every size, lots of boys' suits, and shirts, and even some shoes. Feel free to email firstcommunioncloset@gmail.com.

When First Communion is over, please consider donating your special items so another child can continue using the clothing. There's so much need, and these clothes can make so many kids feel special on their big day. Please bring to the designated bin in Jubilee Hall. Thank you!

We still have a few more spots for the Pilgrimage to Ireland with Father Tim!
Join Father Tim Clark on an inspiring journey to Ireland. This is a customized itinerary exploring religious, cultural, and historical treasures of Ireland. We will fly into and out of Dublin, a dynamic modern city with deep historical roots.

Throughout, we will visit local Irish centers of culture, history, art, and spirituality. Our local guide will open doors to special exhibits and museums. Throughout, Fr.
