The Training Committee released the MIC3 Compact 101 Training video in Spanish. Found on the Commission's Youtube Channel, it is one of our goals to make training available to all stakeholders.

U.S. Department of Education Overview of FY24 Budget Proposal Webinar

The U.S. Department of Education will host a webinar covering President Biden’s Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Proposal on Tuesday, May 9 from 7:00-7:30 PM EDT.

The purpose of this webinar is to communicate with educators and families about what the Department is doing at the federal level to support states and districts in providing a strong public education to the nation’s children and to ensure clarity around the Department’s priorities.

EXCOM Spring Retreat Highlights

The Executive Committee met on April 19-20 in Lexington, Kentucky for their annual spring retreat! Their agenda included discussions, planning, and strategizing for the upcoming year. In celebration of the Month of the Military Child, they ‘purpled up!’ for military kids.
