SUBJECT:       
A public hearing will be held to review the recommendation from the Planning Commission to establish zoning code text for Amberley Green and to give residents an additional opportunity to provide feedback.
 
On September 14, Village Council conducted a first reading of Ordinance 2020-16, Adding Chapter 154.84 to Title IV of the Village of Amberley Codified Ordinances Regarding Amberley Green Zoning District Regulations and Set Public Hearing.   Council conducted a second reading of Ordinance 2020-16 and held a public hearing to allow for resident input regarding the proposed ordinance at the October 12 council meeting at 6:30 at the Village Municipal Building, by phone and streaming online.
 
A third reading and additional public hearing was held on November 9 at 6:30 p.m. and the public hearing at the Special Meeting of Council announced for November 16.
 
Residents wishing to speak may request passcode information for the online meeting by contacting Clerk of Council Tammy Reasoner at [email protected] or at 531-8675 prior to the meeting. Written testimony may also be emailed to [email protected]. In addition, email requests for the passcode will be monitored during the public hearing portion of the meeting, however it is advised that passcode requests be made prior to 4 p.m. the day of the hearing.   A copy of the proposed Ordinance 2020-16 is attached.
