• 8th graders should arrive at school no later than 9:15 a.m. Students should be dressed appropriately for a formal occasion of this importance and gravity; no shorts or athletic wear, no hats; pants that are not jeans, shirts with collars, and shoes that are not sneakers.
• Please note, masks will still be required at this event for all guests in attendance.
• If you have not already, please respond to this RSVP survey so that we can adequately plan.
• Families should plan to arrive starting at 9:30 a.m. Please enter the building at the Race Street entrance (between 16th and 17th Streets.) The ceremony will start promptly at 10 a.m.
• If you are arriving with guests who will need to use the elevator and lift to get to the roof, please plan on arriving with a bit extra time.
• Photography and videography are welcomed for this ceremony. A live stream will also be available here. We will also take a group photo after the program, and you are welcome to take pictures at that time.
• The ceremony will end with a Meeting for Worship and a presentation of the students. Afterward, there will be a reception on the roof deck.  8th graders should plan to leave with their families after the reception. We should be done with the ceremony and reception by 11:30 a.m.
