Employee Spotlight: Theresa Campbell
|
Theresa Campbell, Order Desk at Cowlitz County Title, works with REALTORS, lenders, title companies, buyers and sellers to open title and escrow transactions accurately and on time. She is the first contact when opening title and escrow. Theresa has 14 years of experience with Cowlitz County Title. She believes customer service is number one and treats each customer as such, speaking with a smile while building trust and friendships.
Theresa has local roots, growing up in Kelso, WA and graduating from Kelso High School. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and cherishes her time with her grandson, Sunny. Other activities include clam digging at Long Beach, biking, hiking, reading, cooking, gardening, playing bunco, and cheering on her favorite NFL Football team “The Seattle Seahawks”. This past summer, Theresa and her husband, Gregg, have found a new favorite hobby -- long country drives in their convertible (picnic lunch included!) Theresa’s favorite local restaurants are Teri’s, Guadalajara Grill & Cantina, and the Panda Inn. Her favorite vacation destinations are the Eastern Caribbean Islands and Maui, Hawaii. 2 cups whole cranberries (these can be purchased in the produce section of your favorite grocery store or direct from the growers in the Long Beach, WA area. If you are looking for an adventure U-Pick cranberries are available on the Long Beach, WA Peninsula.)
1.25 cups sugar, or substitute a cup of honey
1/2 cup water (optional to add more for desired consistency)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp cloves (optional)
Place cranberries in a saucepan with water and orange juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes. Stir on occasion. Pour sauce in ball jar and place lid and ring on for seal. Let cool and refrigerate. Enjoy with your Thanksgiving turkey or anytime of the year.

How Have Mortgage Application Volumes Shifted?
