Colorado Gives Day, Dr. Steinberg Memorial, EVLT is hiring and more...
,

On cool December days, as the solstice approaches, and winter sets in, we reflect on family, friends, community, and our many blessings. I am most thankful for the vast open spaces, natural beauty, abundant wildlife, and recreational opportunities in our community.

Many of you take the time to make year-end gifts to your favorite nonprofits. We hope that you will include the Eagle Valley Land Trust in your year-end giving to help ensure that EVLT can continue to conserve our cherished lands.

If you make your donation through our online Colorado Gives portal (click here) on or before Tuesday, your donation will be partially matched by the Community First Foundation incentive fund.

2017 has been a fantastic year for conservation in our community. From Buchholz Winfrey Ranch to the Hardscrabble Ranch, your donations have helped facilitate major conservation wins for us all. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Jim Daus
Executive Director

...elk and deer populations in Eagle County are declining drastically?

When land is conserved, we all benefit. Our lives are made richer and our community thrives when land in Eagle County is forever protected. Those who benefit perhaps most from land conservation are the ones whose homes we are protecting: our wildlife. But, their numbers are dwindling.
