Pick your days for OC Fair fun and buy now – when tickets are gone, they're gone!
It's the start of summer and tickets for the annual OC Fair are on sale, but don't wait – with limited daily capacity, days could sell out.

New this year: advance purchase required with no fees on ocfair.com. Make sure to get tickets for your special day or group adventure now!

The 2021 OC Fair mobile app is coming soon and will have information on daily activities as well as a map, news & information and tickets.

This year's Fair will run July 16-Aug. 15, Wednesdays through Sundays, with limited capacity. The theme is "Time for Fun!"

10 key things to know:
  • Tickets are sold for specific days
  • Admission is good only on the date on the ticket
  • The number of tickets available each day is limited
  • Advance online sale only – no transaction fees
  • Same-day Fair admission is included with tickets for concerts at Pacific Amphitheatre and The Hangar
  • Sales are no longer restricted to California residents
  • OC Fair is not currently planning to increase capacity
  • Print or download tickets in advance for faster entry
  • Please choose carefully – no refunds
  • Ticket prices will not increase

Tickets are $12 weekday general admission (Wednesday, Thursday) and $14 weekend general admission (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Admission for seniors (60+) and youth (ages 6-12) is $7 every day and children 5 and younger are free. OC Fair will cover the online transaction fee for admission tickets.

The Fair will open each day at 10 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays and midnight on weekends.

General parking is still $10, $20 for buses and limos, credit card only. The free shuttle from Experian and OCTA's OC Fair Express bus service will not be available this year.

It will be a different OC Fair for guests to explore. With a limited capacity of about 45,000 fairgoers each day, the event is designed to give visitors more elbow room and will have a reduced number of attractions. The OC Fair follows state and county health directives.

A NOTE FOR 2020 OC FAIR SUPER PASS HOLDERS

If you did not request a refund, your new pass will be in your hands a minimum of two weeks before the Fair. If you have not received your new pass by then, please contact superpass@ocfair.com and we will resolve any issues.

Super Passes purchased for the 2020 OC Fair will be honored any day of the 2021 OC Fair and do not require advance ticket purchase.

Super Passes will not be available for sale this year.

We have made some adjustments to our competitive programs, exhibits and layouts, keeping enhanced health and safety measures in mind. This means some of your favorite categories might be missing or grouped with other categories. Please note that these modifications are not permanent and we look forward to planning future fairs with our full line of competitions and exhibits.

We have so many summer jobs for people 16 and older!
OC Fair & Event Center needs seasonal workers to help put on the 2021 OC Fair – summer’s best celebration.

More open positions have been added; all are are seasonal, part-time with numerous opportunities available in several different departments.

Seasonal jobs are posted at ocfair.com/jobs and positions are available for people 16 and older. Hiring has begun for several jobs. Virtual interviews and orientations will help with this year’s hiring process.

Employees will need to follow all COVID-19 and other precautions for the safety of guests and staff. The OC Fair follows state and local public health directives.
Artwork created by active members of the military and veterans sought for upcoming exhibit at Heroes Hall
Heroes Hall Museum is now accepting artwork created by California’s military veterans and active-duty service members for a juried exhibition opening in October 2021 and running through January 2022. The show will feature artwork from a variety of fine art mediums including painting, sculpture and photography.

The exhibit will offer a chance for veteran artists to compete for three prizes: First Place, $500; Second Place, $400; and Third Place, $300. Prizes are being generously funded by the Heroes Hall Veterans Foundation.

There is a limit of three entries per artist. There are no entry fees. For more information, visit the exhibit page.

REMINDERS
County COVID vaccinations wrapping up on June 6

The Orange County Health Care Agency is closing its COVID-19 vaccination Super POD at the fairgrounds on June 6, with the last doses administered June 5.

OC Fair & Event Center served the public during the pandemic by being the site of vaccines, testing and emergency food distribution.
Next Board of Directors meeting is June 24

The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 24. The meeting agenda will be available on our website prior to the meeting. There is no meeting planned for July.

The public is invited to watch or participate via Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and posted on our website afterward.
Upcoming events at OC Fair & Event Center
FARMERS MARKET

Shop local at this OC Farm Bureau-certified farmers market featuring produce, fresh flowers, fish, hummus, honey, hot sauce and more. Some vendors also sell hot food for lunch such as tamales and tacos/burritos. Masks are required.

Market Match Program: EBT cardholders can visit the Market Match booth and receive a match of up to $20 to spend at the Farmers Market. Get more info about the program on our website.

CROSSROADS OF THE WEST GUN SHOW

Crossroads of the West is hosting a gun and western Americana show June 4-6 at the fairgrounds. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance prior to the event.

When: Friday, June 4, noon-6 p.m.; Saturday, June 5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Sunday, June 6, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: Lot I (enter at Gate 10 off Newport and park in Lots A & H)
How much: $18 two-day admission, $20 three-day admission. $17 for seniors (65+) and military; children 12 and younger are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parking is $10 daily, credit card only; the parking lot will be open one hour prior to event time.

FLYING MIZ DAISY OUTDOOR VINTAGE MARKET

Your favorite vintage market is back again and ready to set up outdoors for your shopping pleasure. The event will feature home decor vendors and more.

TNT FIREWORKS STAND

The California School Education Foundation (CSEF) will be selling TNT Fireworks as this annual fundraiser. CSEF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing technology, arts and science programs to the students of California Elementary School.

When: June 30-July 3, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.; July 4, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
