Today, Governor Cuomo announced that starting Sunday, February 14, 2021, restaurants may operate for on-premises dining until 11:00 p.m., instead of requiring restaurants to close for on-premises dining at 10:00 p.m.
Starting Sunday, all customers must be out of the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor dining spaces at 11:00 p.m., though takeout and delivery may continue past 11:00 p.m
