Please set up your students EWALLET starting February 11th! It's safe, easy and you will not have to send cash to school! If you have money from prior book fairs, you will need to reactivate it. Follow the link in the email Scholastic sent you. All remaining funds get put into the Parent's name(or whomever set up the account), at the close of a book fair. Those funds can be spent at the online store or reactivated in your students name for current or future book fairs.

YOU MUST REACTIVIATE any remaining funds to be used at THIS BOOK FAIR. If you no longer have access to that email or need assistance Scholastic has an EWALLET help line 1-888-900-9364 (Mon-Fri 8am – 11pm EST) !

***Can't make it to the in person Book Fair? No worries! You may shop at the online Book Fair March 4th - March 17th.  Online purchases will be sent directly to your home (orders over $25 ship FREE) and our school will still benefit!

We love parent volunteers! The 3rd and 4th Quarter Art Masterpiece dates are now on Signup. Please follow the steps below to volunteer.

No art knowledge or experience is needed or required to present or help. All projects are pre-planned and all art materials are provided. Most of the class time is spent with the children working on their art project.

  • Fill out a Volunteer Form, this must be completed and processed prior to helping on campus.

  • Volunteer using SignUp.com. Just find your student's teacher and sign up using your email address and name. Presenters please sign up only once. If you are helping you can sign up for multiple days.

  • By signing up, it tells us we can count on you to help.

  • Project information will be emailed to the presenters and helpers the week before.

*5-6 Art Masterpiece will now be held during Project Group from 2pm - 3pm. Please look for your students project group teacher for days available.
BOOSTING BRAVERY is a FREE leadership program for teens who self-identify as girls from anywhere in the US. In weekly small “teams“ older girls use BB Modules to lead younger girls in building skills around in-person and online emotional and relationship challenges. The older girls get guidance from women mentors.

It is all about having fun, creating positive bonds, and boosting key life skills.

If your student is struggling with the loss of a loved one, either recent or in the past please let us know so we can provide some support. We will be offering grade-level grief groups that will consist of six sessions, meeting once per week for 20-30 minutes during the school day. In this group, we will discuss feelings we have when we lose someone we love, ways to cope with our loss/what we can do to feel better and most importantly celebrate/honor the memories of our loved ones. Students can learn from one another and build relationships with others who understand what loss feels like. If you would like your student to participate see the attached Grief Support Group Permission Slip. If you have any questions regarding the group, please feel free to contact me anytime. I look forward to working with your child and helping him or her through this process.

Sincerely,
