Dear Good Samaritans, 

This is a note to make you aware that I tested positive for COVID Monday evening after developing symptoms.

I would of course not have served Sunday morning if I were symptomatic in any way, but given the proximity of my diagnosis to Sunday morning, it is important to share this news with you.

I ask for your prayers for healing as I isolate from the rest of my family - and for health for all the Farr boys. This is not quite the “bouquet of newly sharpened pencils” we had bargained for as the school year begins - but we are thankful for vaccines, one another, and the love and support of communities that share the love of Christ with us.
