Regina Chi
Vice President, Portfolio Manager, AGF Investments
Regina Chi has lead responsibility for AGF’s Emerging Markets strategies. She looks for quality companies with fundamental catalysts and long-term sustainable competitive advantages at attractive valuations. Regina is a member of the AGF Asset Allocation Committee, a group of senior investment professionals that meet quarterly to discuss, analyze and assess the macroeconomic environment and capital markets to determine optimal asset allocations. She also serves as co-Chair of AGF’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, which develops, creates organizational awareness around and promotes DEI best practices across the firm. Regina brings more than 25 years of international equity experience to this role. Prior to joining AGF, Regina was a partner at a boutique U.S. investment firm, where she served as portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets and International Value disciplines. She was also head of portfolio management and research as they related to Emerging Markets, Global, International and International Small Cap strategies. Prior to this role, she held senior investment management roles at several large and boutique investment firms in the U.S. Regina is a CFA® charterholder. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University. She is also a member of 100 Women in Finance, an organization working to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage.
Hayley Dawson
Associate Director, Public Fixed Income, SLC Management
Hayley has worked at SLC Management for over five years in various credit-related roles, including most recently in Credit Research and Trading. Hayley began her career in the Asset Management Rotational Program at SLC, which allowed her to build a strong foundation and knowledge of various areas of the company and to develop a strong passion for the public markets. Hayley has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is CFA Charterholder. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants around Toronto.

Neha Lalany is a fourth-year student at the University of Waterloo in the Accounting and Financial Management Program. She has experience working in various finance co-op roles with her most recent position being in Venture Capital at BDC on the THRIVE fund, a $300 million dollar fund for women in tech entrepreneurs across Canada. She has been a member of the 100 Women in Finance Student Steering Committee for the past two years where she has helped make meaningful contributions for student programs and recently was a participant in the Launch Me program where she was paired with a mentor here in Toronto.
