Lord Balarama, or Baladeva, is the elder brother of Lord Krishna - The Supreme Person. Please join us this Thursday August 11th 6 PM onwards, as we celebrate Balaram Jayanti at our temple with abhishek, kirtan, dinner prasadam, and much more!
Balaram Jayanti also signifies the auspicious appearance day of our beloved temple deities - Radha Shyamasundar at our temple. On Saturday August 13th 3 PM onwards, join us to celebrate this joyous seven year anniversary with lovely festivities including kirtan, surya vahan procession, and dinner prasadam.

Oak Tree Road Ratha Yatra
|
The LAST Ratha Yatra (Festival of Chariots) of the year hosted by our temple will be this Sunday, August 14th 1-4 PM. Join Lord Jagannath, Lord Baladeva, and Lady Subhadra on Oak Tree Road, as they bestow their loving presence to the Jersey crowd during the India Day Parade festivities. You can expect some lovely music, dance, books, and gifts. |

Janmastami commemorates the earthly appearance of Krishna, who is described in India’s sacred writings as God Himself. For our temple, it is the biggest festival of the year! We would love for you to join us Friday, August 19th 6 PM to Midnight to enjoy dramas, kirtan, cultural activities, and delicious dinner.
We will also be having extended celebrations on Sunday August 21st 5 PM onwards, with a special lecture by guest speaker Chaitanya Charan Das, a Krishna Dress Competition for kids, and much much more!

Prabhupada Appearance Day |
The day after Janmastami is the auspicious appearance day of AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada - the founder of the Hare Krishna Movement. We will be honoring him at 12 PM Saturday August 20th with pushpanjali, bhoga offerings, and words of gratitude. Please join us!
Then, join us for Nandotsav the day after for some great kirtan, feast, and arati.

September opens up with the appearance of Srimati Radharani, the eternal consort of Sri Krishna. Please join us Saturday, September 3rd, 6-9 PM, to celebrate her wonderful Apperaence Day with abhishek, pushpa abhishek (showering of flowers) and sumptuous prasadam. |
