Why can't I sell certain price categories online?
If you don't see the price categories on your Webtix page that you expect to sell, or if Webtix says those are sold out, it's possible you haven't set them up to be displayed and available online.
For the price categories to be sold online, each one has to be selected on the Internet options tab while editing the show.

S is for Subscriber

Center Stage Software recommends you use price category S for your season ticket subscriptions as a basic starting point.

If you need to itemize types of subscribers for your records (ie. adult, senior, etc.) please contact support@centerstage.com. You can see an example here.

Using S for subscribers is easy to remember and since it's down far enough in the alphabet, it’s not likely being used.

To set it up go to File | Initialization | Options 1 tab and enter letter S in the Default price code for season package sales box. 

What you need to know about adding images for display in Webtix
Images on your Webtix site draw attention and help your patron differentiate between events or performances.

They are simple to add and, as our developers are always improving our software, image size is no longer a factor.

Just a reminder that our regular support hours are:

  • 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time. Monday through Friday.
  • We are open for emergencies after regular hours and on weekends.

An emergency means:
  • You cannot sell or print tickets
  • You cannot access Wintix
  • Your Webtix online ticketing site is down
  • You can't scan tickets at the time of your performance

Please use our support number 831-920-1254, not any personal numbers you may have in your phone for our staff and support members.
  • We've had our new(ish) phone system for quite awhile now but you may have personal mobile numbers stored in your contact list from before that time.
  • When emailing only use the following email addresses:  support@centerstage.comdavid@centerstage.com dj@centerstage.compeggy@centerstage.com and diane@centerstage.com. Center Stage Software has removed our former email addresses with @gmail.com. If you have saved any of our former email addresses with @gmail.com, please delete these from your contact list.
