Notice of FOCA Annual General Meeting

Agenda:

1. To approve an addition to The Federation of Ontario Cottagers' Associations Incorporated (FOCA) by-laws as follows:

(NEW) 4.10 "A meeting may be held by such telephone, electronic or other communication facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to communicate with each other simultaneously and instantaneously, and a Member participating in the meeting by those means is deemed to be present at the meeting."

2. To approve the minutes of the FOCA Annual General Meeting held on March 7, 2020.

3. To receive the financial statements of FOCA, which are comprised of the statement of financial position as at September 30, 2020, statement of fund balance, revenues and expenses, and cash flows for the year then ended.

4. To elect the Directors recommended by the FOCA Governance and Nominations Committee:

John Hickey, Indian Point Property Owners Association (Second term)

Bill Bartley, West Loon Lake Campers' Association (First term)

5. Any other matters that may come before the said meeting.
