Clothes To Kids of Denver is sending prayers and strength to the hundreds of families who have lost their homes and belongings in the Marshall and Middle Fork fires in Boulder County.
To assist with the recovery efforts, we will be offering drop-in service for families impacted by the fires Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm through the month of January.
PLEASE NOTE: Drop-in service is only for those impacted by the Boulder County fires. Families wishing to make regular shopping appointments should call us at 720-379-4630 to make an appointment or request a wardrobe for Curbside pick-up. More information is on the Shop With Us page of our website.
2021 Community Impact

Clothes To Kids of Denver shoppers took home 9,150 school wardrobes in 2021. That's almost 200,000 pieces of clothing! An impressive 93% of kids left with a full 21-piece school wardrobe.
Our shoppers also took home 22,541 pounds of "extras" including school supplies, books, toys, accessories and winter gear.
Thank you to our donors and volunteers for helping us continue to reach so many families during such an especially challenging year.

Sharing the Love

This amazing group from Jack and Jill of America came to our store armed with more than 1,400 pairs of socks and underwear, hundreds of pairs of gloves, teddy bears from the Build-A-Bear Workshop Foundation and checkers sets...all brand new. Thank you for your incredible generosity!

Locally owned recycling company The Happy Beetle shared several hundred pairs of usable shoes that they collected from their customers. Special thanks to long-time Clothes To Kids volunteer Kathy Hoskins for connecting us with this great company!

Connie and Lois Smith (a.k.a. The Noisy Stitchers) have struck again! Their lovingly handmade hats and warm winter items are always very popular with our shoppers.

The community of Challenge To Excellence Charter School created a lovely C2E Giving Tree to collect clothing and coats from their community. Students, parents and staff gave more than 350 items total - all brand new! We were blown away by the amount, and the participation from the whole school.

Luke, who has been volunteering with Clothes To Kids since he was in middle school, just brought a huge donation that he collected at University of Colorado Boulder! Thank you to Luke and the entire Wendling Family for the MANY ways they have supported our mission over the years.

Sarah Johnson brought in a donation that she purchased to honor her mom in celebration of Hanukkah. Her mom has been a long time advocate for Clothes To Kids. Sarah even worked in the store after her delivery, helping shoppers and putting away the items.

These beautiful and super warm coats were collected by the Eddie Bauer store at Aspen Grove in partnership with One Warm Coat. They have collected 75 coats so far and are continuing their collection into 2022.

Meet Yolanda! This awesome Denver Public Schools employee brought her kids in to donate clothing and organize donations. Yolanda shared with us that she is so appreciative of all the DPS students that we have helped over the years. Thank you, Yolanda!

Heather Hobson and Della Patteson have organized the Kent Denver School clothing drive for the past three years. Their first drive of this school year was focused on coats. The Kent community donated more than 250, along with some new socks, undies and cold weather accessories. Thank you for your years of incredible support!

We are so grateful to the many individuals, schools and businesses that held Kicks for Kids shoe drives, Undie 500 events and clothing/coat collections over the past few months. Thank you all for making the holiday season brighter and warmer for our deserving shoppers!
