Madison Hartung is the new Program Director for the Executives-on-Roster (XOR) program. Her personal journey with XOR, navigated through the launch of her own startup, has imparted her with invaluable insights which she's eager to share with fellow entrepreneurs and mentors. A deep-rooted interest in industrial-organizational psychology has always drawn Madison to explore the fascinating confluence of psychology and business, underpinning her unique approach to her work.

Meg Brennan
Meg Brennan is the Social Innovation Program Coordinator for the Office of Technology Commercialization at the University of Kentucky. She leads the data management and program coordination as part of the Social Innovation team and supports all outreach and relationship development activities.
Meg is a recent graduate from the University of Kentucky earning a Bachelor of Administration in management and a minor in international business.
