DCA's 2024 QAP Listening Session
DCA plans to publish drafts of the 2024 QAP in late summer and early fall of 2023. Before publishing drafts, DCA will hold listening sessions to help inform priorities for the 2024 QAP. Listening sessions are an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues and recommendations related to the topic of the session. DCA will also provide an overview of key questions and potential policies staff investigate for each case. “General” sessions are not restricted to specific topics.

Please mark your calendars and register for the upcoming 2024 QAP listening sessions. Both in-person as well as virtual participation will be available. Register Here.

What is HOME-ARP?
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides $5 billion nationwide to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations, by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services, and non-congregate shelter to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country.

These grant funds will be administered through HUD’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
