The Wisconsin Nurses Association requests your participation as an exhibitor or sponsor at the 2nd Annual Diabetes Care & Education Conference at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, Green Bay, WI on Friday, September 29, 2023. Deadline to Register: Friday, September 1, 2023
At the conference, we are expecting 200+ nurses, advanced practice nurses, dietitians, and certified diabetes care and education specialists who practice in areas from around the state and elsewhere in settings that include acute, primary and community-based care. This conference is replacing the ADA Diabetes Conference that was well-known regionally. It is our goal to repeat the same level of success that occurred in past conferences.
Opportunities for you to participate in our Diabetes Care & Education conference are as follows:

Be an exhibitor … Reserving your space will give you access to participants from 7:30 AM-1:40 PM on Friday, September 29th with dedicated exhibitor time from 7:30-8:45 AM, 10:00-10:25 AM, and during the participant lunch, from 12:30-1:40 PM. Breakfast, breaks, and lunch will be provided in or near the exhibit area for best visibility. Conference participants will be provided with a ‘passport’ to encourage visits with exhibitors with prizes awarded for the most stamps or stickers.
The cost of an exhibit ‘booth’ is $500 and includes a skirted 8-foot table with chairs and internet connection if needed.
Disclaimers: a) All displays will be located outside the conference space; b) WNA welcomes all vendors to exhibit at the conference, but we do reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor deemed objectionable to our purpose.

Be a sponsor …. We are accepting financial sponsorship of the conference in the form of an unrestricted educational grant. Three levels of sponsorship are available: $5000 (GOLD), $3000 (SILVER), and $1500 (BRONZE). Benefits for sponsorship at each level can be found on the conference web page but all include visibility on the conference web page and in printed materials, and acknowledgement at the conference from the podium.

Be an exhibit theatre presenter... Choose from one of four 30-minute breaks during the conference to present your diabetes-related devices or technology to participants. Exhibit theatre times are 8:00 – 8:30 AM and 1:00-1:30 PM. A separate room with AV equipment for your presentation will be provided along with signage. Indicate the time you prefer at sign-up, and we will do our best to honor your request. Exhibit theatre sessions are first come, first served. Preference will be given to those that can offer hands-on experience with medical devices used for diabetes management.
The cost to present in our exhibit theatre is $900 (includes an exhibit table on Friday).
