Mental Health First Aid Certification, Online Workshop │ February 17 and 18, 2021
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a groundbreaking, internationally recognized, evidence-based training program committed to empowering individuals to identify, understand, and respond to those in mental health and substance-abuse crises. Mental Health First Aid training is for everybody, especially people who have a lot of contact with the public, as they are the most likely to encounter people who are suffering from emotional health problems. The tools you learn may help you to intervene when a person may be a danger to themselves or others. You'll be able to identify, prevent, or intervene early when mental health challenges occur, while promoting and enhancing recovery. Online registration will close one week before class to allow for completion of the course prerequisites. Click here to for more information and to register. coming right up
