"Coffee" with City of Lafayette Mayor Susan Candell
Mayor Candell will provides updates on:
- ARPA funding and the surveys for both businesses and the community in regards to spending the $6.3M the City of Lafayette has received;
- State Laws around Housing and Constitutional Amendment Initiative;
- Mission Statement Update and more!
Join us for "coffee" and get a chance to meet and speak with Mayor Candell on issues that are important to you.
There is no cost to attend this online event. Register in advance for this webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Send questions in advance to holly@lafayettechamber.org.

The Best of Art & Wine - You are invited!
We'd like to extend an invitation to you to partake in The Best of Art & Wine. Join us for a special evening featuring premier local artists, spectacular music, tasty tapas, and fine wine and beer samplings.
We are offering two nights of LIVE music:
Friday, November 5, 2021, Music by “The Two of Us,” Drew Harrison and Scott Southard, The Sun Kings.
Location: Creekside Commons, 1035 Carol Lane, Lafayette, 5:30pm-7:30pm
Local Fine Art for purchase by Jennifer Perlmutter, Tom Taneyhill, Martin Segobia,
Doug Heine, Tony Zorich, Geoffrey Meredith, Katie Korotzer, Carl Heyward, Akiko Suzuki, Dee Tivenon, Chari Worster, and others!
Tickets are $100 per person per night, limited to 130 for each night.
Hors d'oeuvres, wine & beer, and live music included. Art available for purchase.
Unable to attend? We welcome your donation. (You can make a donation during the registration process whether or not you purchase a ticket to the event.)

Community Thanksgiving Sunrise Stroll
|
|
The Lafayette Chamber invites you to a brief outdoor gathering followed by a stroll around the Lafayette Reservoir on Friday morning, November 19, 2021. This free event starts off near the dam with coffee and breakfast treats generously sponsored by Local Kitchens.
Pastor Dan Senter of Our Saviors Lutheran Church will lead off the morning with a short speech about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Those willing are encouraged to join us for a walk around the paved path of the Reservoir starting at 7:30am.
