Greetings families,
I hope this email finds you well. As a reminder, today is the final day to indicate your intention for the second semester and whether or not you will be pursuing in-person or distance learning. For more information on the context for this decision and the nature of distance learning, please reference Mr. Twist’s emails from November 5 and November 12.
For greater clarification, all families, whether you are currently enrolled in in-person or distance learning, are required to fill out the survey. This will allow us to properly prepare for the next steps ahead. Please see the steps below for further instructions.
To make your selection, please follow the steps below:
-
Please log into the Great Hearts Enrollment system using your username and password. If you do not remember your log-in information, please click on the “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to ghenrollment@greatheartsaz.org.
- Once you are in the enrollment system, click on the Second Semester Learning Survey Button to access the form.
- Complete the Second Semester Learning Survey for all currently registered students in your household.
- To submit, click the “Finish” button.
- Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation to the email registered in the enrollment system.
We know this is a challenging decision, and if you have remaining questions or concerns, please reach out to me for a conversation. There are so many individual factors that go into choosing what is best for your children. Please know that whatever path you take, we remain one community. Though teachers from all campuses will be participating in the program, your child is 100% Athenian. We will still be live streaming the Athenian Pledge every morning. We will still be, as we have been this semester, holding our virtual community events. The logistics of Distance Learning are changing to best serve every member of our special community – teachers, parents, and students alike - but the spirit our school remains unchanged. We are navigating challenging waters through this storm, and we will continue to band together as the tight-knit, resilient, and loving Archway Trivium East we always have been.
Again, please email me with any questions you have and I am happy to set up a time to talk.
Thank you, as always, for entrusting us with the grave and hallowed responsibility to partner with you in educating your children.
With Devotion,
Stephen Philabaum
Headmaster
Archway Trivium East
