A Power Distribution expert with product design, assembly, and management knowledge. He also has proven success in Lean performance system implementations to identify waste in processes along with building quality into a product. He has also worked with Sales Engineering to provide quotations for custom metal enclosed switchgear offerings.
Product Expertise: LV / MV Switchgear, Residential and Commercial Breaker Panels, and Electric Vehicle Rapid Chargers. Designs were all custom engineered to order. The majority of parts were fabricated in house (punch, form, weld, powder coat). OEM experience with ABB, Square D and Eaton.

- Worked with logistics, design, and purchasing when issues arise, along with making sure part supplies and designs are correct

- Created Go/No Go gauges for easy visual inspection and quality improvements
- Created an assembly line to improve productivity from 1 unit to 5 units per week
