Congratulations Graduates!
|
Congratulations to the 15 CCF students who are graduating this semester! UT Dallas students from a variety of educational backgrounds join CCF programs each semester for internship, volunteer, research, and paid student experiences. When surveyed about their time with CCF, 92% of students rate it as having a high impact on their educational/professional growth. "It made me more assured in what I want to do following graduation," said one student. "I loved engaging with different families this semester; I learned from them as much as they learned from the program," said another student. We are grateful for all of the support our students provide!

CCF is CNM Certified for Program Evaluation Work
|
CCF is again certified by local nonprofit CNM as "CNM Certified" for 2023, affirming that our organization is using a valid methodology for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program outcomes; making data-driven decisions; improving program performance; and engaging stakeholders in a meaningful way. CCF regularly collects and analyzes data related to our outreach programs, including measures of positive parenting practices, results of children's developmental screenings, and surveys of students' skill development as a result of their participation in our work.

Congratulations to the many graduating CCF students who have served in our research and outreach programs this semester. We wish you all the very best on your next educational and career steps! We are busy interviewing our next cohort of Research Experiences for Undergraduate students (for the 3rd year of our NSF REU Site grant), planning for our annual family celebration in early June, and recruiting for our summer Play With Me programs. In the aftermath of the recent tragic event in nearby Allen, we are mourning losses while also celebrating our students' milestones. I wish you all comfort and support from those around you through these moments.
