A Season of Resilience
Emergency Preparedness
Week 4 - March 6

We have had over 65 families pick up information over the past three weeks. Stop by the table in the Gathering Space this Sunday for additional tips and resources to help you with your emergency preparations. In the coming weeks we will have materials available for you in the Gathering Space to help you and your loved ones get and stay prepared. Stay tuned for more helpful tips and strategies!
St. Mike's Boom Choir
Practice this Sunday, 3/6
11:45 AM Choir Room

We are starting a new intergenerational choir using boomwhackers. What is a boomwhatcker you ask? Boomwhackers are large brightly colored pitched pipes that play similarly to handbells. Children will team up with an older mentor for a joint musical adventure, friendship and inevitably lots of laughs. Join us this Sunday, March 6 after the 10:30 AM service in the Choir Room for practice. Interested? Contact Amalia Dobbins, amalia@stmikeschurch.com.
Bell Choir
Ringers Needed

Have you ever played the bells or have you ever wanted to learn? St. Michael's Bell Choir is looking for two new ringers to join them on Sundays 12:00 - 2:00 PM to practice for the upcoming Easter Service. Interested? Email MaryDee Weigel jmandmdweigel@aol.com.
IHN / Family Promise
Volunteers Needed
April 3 - 9, 2022

St. Michael’s upcoming Family Promise/IHN non-in-church hosting week will be the first week of April. Please volunteer to prepare and deliver dinners to help support four homeless families as they work to become self-sufficient. The dinner deliveries to the “New Promise” shelter on S. Nevada St. are very safe with no contact between families and volunteers. Family Promise is not having us deliver dinners on Saturday and Sunday, and they request $20 Safeway gift cards for the IHN families to prepare their own dinners on those days. For more information, to donate a gift card, or to volunteer, please contact Justin Morrill justin_morrill@msn.com or call 719-590-1615.
