Stay Healthy During Hot Weather
Take some simple steps to beat the heat this summer and keep yourself, your family, your neighbors, and your pets healthy! Remember to drink plenty of water; wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing; and avoid outside activities during the hottest part of the day, which is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
