Australia: What’s going on with IDDSI? The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) hit our Australian shores in 2019. Since then, teams of people across the country have been working to optimise food and fluid provision to be texturally consistent, safe, and delicious. Have you been involved with this process? How is it going? The Australian IDDSI Reference Group is running a Country-wide survey and we want to hear from you and your service.
You might be working in a Major Hospital as a Speech Pathologist, or you might be working as a Chef in a Disability Support Centre. If you’re involved with IDDSI, we want to know how you’re going.
