Introducing Your New Parent Portal

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new parent portal. Listed below are step-by-step instructions, as well as tutorial videos, to assist you in the transition to the new portal. Window One grades will be available on the portal on Monday, November 23.
Step 1: Retrieve Your Username

To retrieve your username, please visit www.stmarksschool.org/login-setup. On this page, you will be prompted to enter the email address that is your primary email address for St. Mark's. This is the email address where you receive all of your St. Mark's emails and also the email you provided on the Family Information Form.


Step 2: Reset Your Password

Once you submitted your email address on the login setup page, you will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password. Please note that this link is only valid for 24 hours. After you have reset your password, you will be able to log into the portal.

Step 3: Log Into the Parent Portal

To log into the Parent Portal, visit www.stmarksschool.org/parents. Once on this page, you will find the login area on the left-hand side. To login, fill out your username and password. You can also log into the Parent Portal by following www.stmarksschool.org/login.


Step 4: Enjoy New Features!

While logged into the new Parent Portal, please take a moment to check out these new features:
  • Customized calendar with filters - Watch the Calendar Filter Tutorial
  • New student and parent directories
  • Quick access to grades, Boardingware, and Lion Card information
