CAROLS BY CAMPFIRE
Wednesday, December 22nd, 6:30pm, parking lot
Everyone is invited to grab a cup of hot chocolate and join in around the fire pit to sing some carols and spread Christmas cheer!

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES
Friday, December 24th, 5:00pm, 7:00pm, and 9:00pm
5:00pm Family Nativity Service
This service is focused on having the children join in the preparation for Christmas Day. Our impromptu nativity has been labelled "Holy Chaos", but we love it and every child gets to play a part! If your child would like to join in simple arrive by 4:30pm to get your costume.
7:00 and 9:00pm Traditional Candlelight Service
Filled with traditional carols and choir singing, we prepare for the birth of Jesus with anticipation and joy. This is a special service which prepares us for the coming of Christ. Silent Night by candlelight warms our hearts as we head home ready for Christmas morning.

LESSONS AND CAROLS

The Sunday after Christmas Day we will have one combined service. It's a special service called Lessons and Carols. We will come together as one church and continue to celebrate the birth of Christ.

CAMPING CHURCH
Saturday, January 8th, 3:00pm
Starting at 3:00pm, set up your tent for an evening of camping. A few tents are available to check out for the night. Everyone is welcome!

CONFIRMATION ORIENTATION
January 9th, 2022, 10:15am, Chapel/Activity Room
Confirmation is understanding membership in the Methodist church and the Wesleyan Theological perspective. This orientation will be led by Pastor Joel. It is open to anyone 6th grade and up (including adults). All parents of students need to attend with their child.

MEN'S DEVOTIONAL BREAKFAST
Mondays, 7:30am, Chapel
Pastor Joel will be sharing a short devotional with this group. Burritos and coffee will be served. This is an opportunity to meet new people and decompress. The goal is for those not retired, to get back on the road by 8:15, at the latest. A donation of $5 is asked to cover the cost.

Java & Jesus is a gathering for "busy moms" ~ and grammas! ~ who are interested in fellowship and an encouraging Word. Join us on January 6 as we begin a 4-week series Mary: Seeing God through the Eyes of a Mother by Eugene H. Peterson. We meet Thursday mornings at 10:00am in the Gathering Room (Ed. Bldg). No outside reading required. Nursery childcare is provided! Please contact Trudy Smith if you have questions, or if you plan to attend with kiddos, so we have plenty of nursery workers.

BOB BULL’S COAT DRIVE
Through February 1st we will be collecting gently-used coats to be distributed by Beautiful Feet in Fort Worth. All sizes are needed, children through adult! Please make sure coats are clean and in “working order”.

SCHOOL PRAYER MINISTRY
The new school year is here! Let's support our local school with prayer. Sign up to pray for a school each week for one month, either in person or by proxy. To pray for the month of January, stop by the Connection Center to sign up for your school.

We have several church members who are no longer able to drive to church. Would you be willing to help a senior church member get to and from worship on Sunday morning? Please sign up at the Connection Center or contact Trudy Smith for more information.
