The Rev. Canon Daniel Morrow will be the new Priest-in-Charge at the Church of the Ascension in Munich. He is the Canon for Congregational Life and Mission in the Diocese of Central Pennsylvania. Dan has a zeal for international church ministry having previously served congregations in Zurich, Switzerland and Paris, France. In addition to parish and diocesan work, he has served at three General Conventions, on non-profit executive boards, and as convocation dean. He teaches at the College for Congregational Development and is a past Missional Leadership Fellow of Luther Seminary. Dan is passionate about community and congregational development, missional engagement, and the Jesus movement that calls us to reconciling work.

Missioner for Climate and Creation Care - Madrid, Spain
Dawn Baity, Episcopal Volunteer in Mission

The Convocation welcomes Dawn Baity to the Convocation. Dawn is an appointed missionary of the Episcopal Church in the Volunteers for Mission program. In 2019 she moved to Madrid where she has worked with the Spanish Reformed Episcopal Church, focusing the church's work with pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. In the convocation, she will work as Missioner for Climate and Creation Care. Her passion for pilgrimage is still very much in evidence, as she recently met with Task Force on Climate and Creation Care members Stephen Squires and the Rev. Michael Rusk on a pilgrimage route associated with Santa Maria a Ferrano with the Rev. Thomas Muller, near Florence, Italy. Together with Stephen Squires, Dawn will represent the Convocation as part of the Episcopal Church's delegation to the COP 26 conference in Glasgow, Scotland in November. God's Call in Mission and the Episcopal Church in Europe

Together by God's grace and with patience, we will make one unprecedented and amazing hybrid meeting!

The session structure of this year's Convention is necessarily a bit different from years past. The full agenda is available from our website, tec-europe.org/convention

Congregational Delegates, Alternates, Licensed Clergy, Resident Clergy, Officers of the Convocation, and Ministry Initiative Leaders—both in-person and remote—will participate in the Convention's work through an event platform called Whova.

If you have questions about your Convention access point, please contact Maleah Rios, Coordinator for Digital Ministries, directly via email at connect@tec-europe.org now.

...and it shall be that they shall bring to thee every great matter, and that they shall judge every small matter, and they shall lighten the task on thee, and they shall bear it with thee.

If thou do this thing, and God command thee so, thou wilt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.
