Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving Albert,

Thanks so much for being a part of my life. I appreciate you and all the good you're bringing to the world. I just took my first Covid Rapid test and it turned out negative which means I can attend a Friendsgiving later today. I'm so relieved and also proud of myself for taking the steps I have to keep myself and my friends safe.

When I attend special occasions I love having something I can read out loud that's meaningful. I read Heather Cox Richardson's newsletter almost daily and this is the one that came today. It's a clear explanation of the history of Thanksgiving day that I'd never heard before - tying our celebration to the Civil War times. Give it a read and see what you think.

I often write to you mentioning how newsletters get through snow and excessive heat events. Well, they seem to continue to flourish even during the pandemic. I would guess that email newsletters are a growing stream. I'm also discovering the world of TikTok and Instagram more and more these days. They seem like a lot of fun, but I'll probably lean more on writing and less on visuals in this next period of my life. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what channels you enjoy and which make the most sense for you and your business.

Well, it's time to head out. Again, thanks for being part of my world. I couldn't do it without you!

Happy Thanksgiving,

Albert Kaufman
