Celebrate Juneteenth with a free CLE at the State Bar Center! The State Bar's Equity in Justice Program and the New Mexico Black Lawyers Association are sponsoring a CLE titled "From Emancipation to Liberation: Contributions of Black Women in the Continuing Fight for Freedom" for 1.0 EP CLE credit. Moderated by Aja Brooks, President of the New Mexico Black Lawyers Association, panelists will include: Judge Shammara Henderson, New Mexico Court of Appeals; Representative Pamelya Herndon, New Mexico State Legislature; and Nichole Rogers, African American Community and Business Leader, City of Albuquerque. This is a community-wide event that will be hosted at the State Bar Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (MT) on Wednesday, June 14. The CLE will include a lunch catered by Bobbi's Homestyle Catering.
